CatalystOS is an AI-powered coaching practice management platform. It combines client management, session tracking, financial tools, knowledge capture, and growth marketing — all orchestrated by Kai, your AI Chief of Staff. Think of it as your entire coaching business operating system in one place.

Kai is your AI strategic partner built into CatalystOS. You can ask Kai anything about your practice — from preparing for sessions, to analysing revenue, to drafting marketing content. Kai learns your coaching style and gets smarter the more you use the platform. Kai is powered by a network of specialised AI agents working behind the scenes.

After signing up, you'll be guided through a quick activation flow: (1) Tell Kai about your coaching practice, (2) Set up your pricing, (3) Connect Stripe for payments, and (4) Add your first client. The whole process takes about 10 minutes.

At launch, the 14-day free trial gives you full access to Alchemist-tier features — a card upfront, then automatic billing at the end of the trial unless you cancel. Right now we're in private beta, so access is by request while we onboard our Founding 50. When billing begins, your subscription continues at $99 USD/month unless cancelled — and founding-member pricing for the Founding 50 will be announced at launch. Australian coaches are billed in AUD at the same headline numbers.

Alchemist ($99/mo USD — AUD for AU coaches; Founding 50 founding-member pricing announced at launch): the full intelligent copilot — Kai conversation, Session Intelligence, proactive briefings, ICF competency tracking, session preparation, financial tools, branded proposals, and your Vault methodology memory, with a generous monthly Kai message allowance. Amplify — the autonomous tier where Kai acts on your behalf — is being shaped with our Founding 50 cohort and will open later via waitlist; pricing isn't set yet.

CatalystOS is USD-first for global coaches, with AUD for Australian coaches. The price you see is set by your location — we detect your region when the page loads and show AUD to Australian visitors. The headline price is the same numerical amount in both currencies — no conversion surprises.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Practice → Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is never deleted when changing plans — features are simply gated based on your tier.

When the 14-day trial ends (at launch), your Alchemist subscription begins automatically at $99/month in your registered currency — or at the founding-member rate if you're one of the Founding 50, which we'll announce at launch. If you cancelled before the trial ended, your account is paused — your data is preserved, but you won't be able to access the platform until you subscribe. You can come back and subscribe at any time without losing any data.

Kai uses a network of specialised AI agents, each focused on specific coaching domains (session prep, financial analysis, marketing, etc.). When you ask Kai a question, it routes your request to the most relevant agent(s), gathers context from your practice data, and provides a personalised response. Kai uses Claude (Anthropic) and Gemini (Google) models with strict privacy controls.

CatalystOS stores your data in Neon PostgreSQL, in the Asia-Pacific (Sydney) region, encrypted at rest and in transit. AI features are processed by US-based providers — Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini) — under terms that prohibit training on your data. Absolutely. CatalystOS follows a zero-trust security model with: encrypted data at rest and in transit, session-based authentication with MFA support, role-based access control, and ICF-aligned confidentiality boundaries. Your client data is never shared with other coaches or used to train AI models. We're designed with the privacy obligations of GDPR (for EU coaches) and the Australian Privacy Principles (for Australian coaches) in mind.

Kai uses Anthropic Claude (Sonnet for conversation and analysis, Opus selectively for externally-facing copy), Google Gemini for analytics visualisations, and AssemblyAI for live session transcription. CatalystOS is designed for professional coaches including ICF-credentialed coaches (ACC, PCC, MCC) and coaches from other accredited training programmes. We also welcome coaches-in-training, career-transitioners, and freshly certified coaches. You'll be asked to submit your credential details during onboarding so Kai can align its guidance with your level. If you don't yet hold a formal credential, you can still use the platform — Kai will note this in your practice profile.

No. Your coaching data, client information, and session notes are never used to train AI models. AI features use your data only in the context of your own requests (e.g., when you ask Kai to prepare for a session). Enterprise Brain features use anonymised, aggregated data with k-anonymity guarantees (k≥5, meaning no data point is released unless it represents at least 5 coaches).

CatalystOS uses Stripe Connect for payments. Once you connect your Stripe account (Practice → Integrations), the workflow is: (1) Create a Coaching Agreement with a payment plan, (2) Both you and your client sign the agreement, (3) Payment is automatically triggered, (4) Your client pays via a secure Stripe link, (5) Funds are deposited to your bank account (typically 2 business days).

Through Stripe, your clients can pay via credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfers, and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) depending on their region. CatalystOS supports 40+ countries with automatic tax calculation.

CatalystOS does not charge additional transaction fees beyond your subscription. Standard Stripe processing fees apply (typically 1.75% + $0.30 AUD for domestic cards). These are industry-standard payment processing fees charged by Stripe, not by CatalystOS.

Yes — cancel anytime from Practice → Settings. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account is paused but your data is preserved, and you can export it whenever you want. You can reactivate at any time.

Yes. CatalystOS supports full data export in compliance with GDPR and Australian Privacy Principles. You can request a data export from Practice → Settings, covering your client records, session notes, financial data, and knowledge items as JSON.
