After signing up, you'll be guided through a quick activation flow: (1) Tell Kai about your coaching practice, (2) Set up your pricing, (3) Connect Stripe for payments, and (4) Add your first client. The whole process takes about 10 minutes.

Your 14-day free trial gives you full access to Alchemist-tier features — a credit card is required upfront and you will be automatically billed at the end of the trial unless you cancel. You can add clients, run sessions, use Kai, and explore the full platform. At the end of your trial, your subscription continues at $99 USD/month (or $79/month with annual billing) unless cancelled. Australian coaches are billed in AUD at the same headline numbers.

Alchemist ($99/mo or $79/mo annual, USD — AUD for AU coaches): The full intelligent copilot — all 30 AI skills, 38 Smart Canvas views, 6 proactive intelligence daemons, ICF competency tracking, session preparation, financial tools, and knowledge capture. Up to 500 Kai messages per month. Amplify ($199/mo or $149/mo annual): Everything in Alchemist plus autonomous capabilities — Digital Twin, Content Team, Marketing Workforce, and Outreach Agent. Unlimited Kai messages. Amplify is currently available via waitlist.
What currency am I billed in?

CatalystOS is USD-first for global coaches. Australian coaches are billed in AUD. Your billing currency is determined at signup based on the country on your Stripe Connect account, not your browsing location. The headline prices ($99 / $199) are the same numerical amount in both currencies — no conversion surprises.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Practice → Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is never deleted when changing plans — features are simply gated based on your tier.

When your 14-day trial ends, your Alchemist subscription begins automatically at $99/month (or $79/month if you selected annual billing) in your registered currency. If you cancelled before the trial ended, your account will be paused — your data is preserved, but you won't be able to access the platform until you subscribe. You can come back and subscribe at any time without losing any data.
How does Kai (the AI) work?

Kai uses a network of 30 specialised AI agents, each trained for specific coaching domains (session prep, financial analysis, marketing, etc.). When you ask Kai a question, it routes your request to the most relevant agent(s), gathers context from your practice data, and provides a personalised response. Kai uses Claude (Anthropic) and Gemini (Google) models with strict privacy controls.

CatalystOS hosts its primary database in US East (AWS us-east-1, via Neon). Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Your client data never leaves this region except as needed to communicate with you. EU and Australian coaches: your coaching data is processed under a US-hosted processor. Absolutely. CatalystOS follows a zero-trust security model with: encrypted data at rest and in transit, session-based authentication with MFA support, role-based access control, and ICF-compliant confidentiality boundaries. Your client data is never shared with other coaches or used to train AI models. We comply with GDPR for EU-based coaches and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) for Australian coaches.

Kai uses Anthropic Claude (Sonnet for conversation and analysis, Opus selectively for externally-facing copy), Google Gemini for analytics visualisations, and OpenAI Whisper for session transcription. Do I need coaching credentials to use CatalystOS?
Do I need coaching credentials to use CatalystOS?
CatalystOS is designed for professional coaches including ICF-credentialed coaches (ACC, PCC, MCC) and coaches from other accredited training programmes. We also welcome coaches-in-training, career-transitioners, and freshly certified coaches. You'll be asked to submit your credential details during onboarding so Kai can align its guidance with your level. If you don't yet hold a formal credential, you can still use the platform — Kai will note this in your practice profile.
Does CatalystOS use my data to train AI?
Does CatalystOS use my data to train AI?
No. Your coaching data, client information, and session notes are never used to train AI models. AI features use your data only in the context of your own requests (e.g., when you ask Kai to prepare for a session). Enterprise Brain features use anonymised, aggregated data with k-anonymity guarantees (k≥5, meaning no data point is released unless it represents at least 5 coaches).

CatalystOS uses Stripe Connect for payments. Once you connect your Stripe account (Practice → Integrations), the workflow is: (1) Create a coaching contract with a payment plan, (2) Both you and your client sign the contract, (3) Payment is automatically triggered, (4) Your client pays via a secure Stripe link, (5) Funds are deposited to your bank account (typically 2 business days).

Through Stripe, your clients can pay via credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfers, and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) depending on their region. CatalystOS supports 40+ countries with automatic tax calculation.

CatalystOS does not charge additional transaction fees beyond your subscription. Standard Stripe processing fees apply (typically 1.75% + $0.30 AUD for domestic cards). These are industry-standard payment processing fees charged by Stripe, not by CatalystOS.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from Practice → Settings. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account is paused but your data is preserved. You can reactivate at any time.

Yes. CatalystOS supports full data export in compliance with GDPR and Australian Privacy Principles. You can request a data export from Practice → Settings, which includes your client records, session notes, financial data, and knowledge items in standard formats (CSV, JSON).
