Your first clients · Your first month · Your first practice

Starting a practice
used to be impossible.
Now, it's a conversation.

Kai is your AI practice partner — present, proactive, and already holding the thread of your clients, your method, your voice. Talk to it like a colleague who's been doing this for years.

The Differentiator

Every session
makes you better.

Kai analyses every coaching conversation — highlighting your strengths, catching when you drift from coaching into advice, and tracking your growth against the ICF Core Competency framework. Supervision used to mean waiting for your mentor. Now it's the session you just finished.

Session · Apr 16 · Priya R.
A clean turn at the 23-minute mark.
"And what would it mean for you, if you held that boundary anyway?"
Kai noted — you stayed in inquiry through three opportunities to offer advice. Direct Communication score moved up from your three-session average. A small win worth keeping.

§ 01 — The Premise

You did not train
for this work.

The certification covers presence, contracting, powerful questions. It does not cover lead magnets, Stripe reconciliation, or the thousand small tasks that stand between a coach and a full practice.

a.
The proposal you've rewritten three times this week — and a discovery call ends, and instead of reflecting on the prospect, you're back in a Google Doc adjusting pricing tables.
b.

The follow-up email that sits in drafts.

You meant to send it Tuesday. It's Friday. The warmth of the conversation has already cooled.

c.

The landing page you can't quite finish.

Carrd, Squarespace, Notion — three half-built sites and a domain you bought at 11pm.

d.

The note you know you took somewhere.

A client mentions her daughter. You remember you've discussed this before. You cannot find where.

e.

The invoice you forgot for a month.

Not because you don't value your work — because billing lives in a different tab than coaching.

f.

The self-promotion that feels unfamiliar.

You know how to hold space. Writing "I help high-performers break through" does not come naturally.

— Draft · Subject: Following up

Hi Priya,

Just checking in on how you've been —

Wanted to circle back on what we touched on with your daughter

This is the texture of the problem.
Not the missing email. The cost of writing it from scratch every time.
§ 02 — The Architecture

Three pillars.
One conversation.

CatalystOS is not a feature grid. It is three named capabilities, tied together by a single AI partner that knows how they relate in your practice.

PILLAR I · Intelligence

Kai — The Partner

A proactive intelligence that knows your clients, your methodology, and what you have not yet asked. Kai doesn't wait for you to log in.

Surfaces the client most at risk of drifting.
Drafts the follow-up in your voice, for your review.
Answers in two sentences, not in dashboards.
PILLAR II · Commercial

Growth — The Practice

A full book of clients, in a voice that sounds like you. Pages, proposals, follow-ups, pipeline — done in your register, not a template's.

A public page that reads like you, not a template.
Proposals drafted in a voice Kai learned from your writing.
One pipeline from first click to signed engagement.
PILLAR III · Memory

Vault — The Fingerprint

Your methodology, notes, and preferences held in a structured memory that deepens with every session. We don't own your wisdom; we protect it.

Session notes synthesised into patterns, not piles.
A living model of your frameworks and language.
Your voice gets more your own as the platform listens.
§ 03 — A Moment

Conversation on the left.
Answers on the right.

No menus, no funnels. You open CatalystOS and Kai is already holding the thread of your practice — waiting to hand back only what you need now.

Morning, Sarah. Before your 9 am, two things are worth a minute: Priya hasn't booked a follow-up since you reframed her avoidance pattern on the 4th, and your proposal for Devon is still in draft.

Draft something for Priya in my voice. Nothing pushy.

Drafted — referencing her daughter's recital and last session's assignment on boundary-setting. Ready when you are.

Three clients have gone quieter than their pattern predicts. The common thread across all three sits at the edge of boundary-setting — a theme you re-introduced in the last ten days. A gentle check-in, not a sales nudge, would fit.

§ 04 — On Any Given Tuesday

Wherever you are in your practice,
Kai meets you there.

Tuesday · 8:14 am

You're ready to start.
What now?

You have your certification and a half-finished landing page. Kai names your first offer, sets your rates against real benchmarks, and walks you through your first paid client — without a template to fight.

Kai
"Let's name your offer first. Tell me, in one breath, who you want to help."
Tuesday · 1:50 pm

You have clients.
You need leverage.

Session notes become client progress reports without you re-writing them. Outreach drafts itself in your voice. The patterns making you better as a coach become visible, not anecdotal.

Kai
"Three of your strongest sessions this month all opened with the same kind of question. Worth noticing."
Tuesday · 9:32 pm

Your practice
is running you.

Invoices, follow-ups, scheduling, proposals — the admin tail Kai handles so you get your evenings back, and your clients get a more present coach the next morning.

Kai
"Two invoices are 11 days overdue. I've drafted a warm chase — your tone, not a finance department's."

Kai learns your voice from what you've already written — and speaks like you when you're not there.

A Note From the Founder

Why CatalystOS exists.

Will, founder Former coach & practice owner Letter dated April 2026

I spent years inside organisations as a coach before I founded CatalystOS — holding space for senior leaders navigating the kind of transitions you can't put on a slide.

Inside a company, someone else fills the pipeline. The thing that almost stopped me from going independent wasn't the coaching. It was the prospect of becoming the marketer, the writer, the closer, the bookkeeper — all at once, on top of the work I actually loved. I watched friends make that leap. Most of them spent their first year writing landing pages, not holding sessions. Two of them quit and went back inside.

So I built the thing I wish I'd had — a partner that runs the practice while the coach runs the work. CatalystOS is the operating system I would have wanted ten years ago, and the one I'd choose tomorrow if I went back into practice. It is built by a coach, for the coach you were trained to be.

"We didn't build a tool to replace the coach.
We built a partner to protect them."
